Compensation: - Competitive pay wage of $20 to $24 per hour, plus an additional $3 per hour for each additional sibling - Weekly placements with consistent families (weekday afternoons and/or evenings) - Weekly weekend placements with consistent families (typically 4-hour shifts; work up to 2 shifts per day for more hours) - Occasional shifts with varied families (weekday or weekend afternoons and early evenings)—work just when you want to, self-selecting open assignments from our My Jovie App - An engaging, creative, child-focused individual who is willing to have fun, play, read, do arts and crafts, and similar activities in families' homes - Childcare or nanny experience preferred - Special needs experience in any capacity is an absolute plus.
