Job description

Overview: The Supply Chain Operations Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring efficiency across our supply chain operations while supporting the evolving needs of the wholesale business. This role is responsible for order process execution, compliance tracking, reporting, and operational support, while partnering cross-functionally to identify risks, improve processes, reduce cancellations, and support data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate understands that wholesale fulfillment is not one-size-fits-all, with each account having unique routing requirements, vendor portal expectations, cancellation rules, order timing, inventory visibility needs, and compliance standards. This individual will translate business requirements into actionable operational processes and reliability across the DC through data analysis. Key Responsibilities: Partner with the vineyard vines and 3PL teams to troubleshoot order flow issues, cancellations, inventory discrepancies, allocation problems, routing delays, ASN issues, and vendor compliance concerns to prevent repeat failures.
