The Maintenance Department Office Manager is a full-time, 12-month employee who reports to the Director and Assistant Director of Construction and Maintenance. This position provides college-wide administrative support by receiving, scheduling, and tracking work orders, serving as radio dispatch for maintenance personnel, and assisting with maintenance-related financial reporting. QUALIFICATIONS: - High School Diploma or equivalent preferred - Must possess a driver’s license - Ability to read, interpret, and follow written and verbal instructions related to maintenance work Proficiency in computer systems, including: - Electronic work order entry systems - Key control software - Electronic credit card systems - College purchasing software - Microsoft Office applications and other related programs Ability to: - Maintain the physical capability to complete minor work orders as needed - Demonstrate a positive attitude and self-directed work habits - Maintain an organized work environment for self and others - Understand daily operational routines of staff in order to effectively delegate tasks and manage calendars DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide college-wide support for receivi...
