Responsibilities include: •Day to Day Field Management – Be the first point of contact for field teams in your region/area. •Complaints Escalations – Review complaints and present to client the resolutions and actions involved to settle. •Installation Referrals - Review and Action various referrals from different sources and instruct on surveys required. •Technical Advice – Find solutions to field related issues and be responsible for the resolution to keep the installation online and quality and standards kept high. •Quoting of Installations – Use calculators and/or SOR to establish a cost in line with departmental margins...
