Job Description: The Campus Store Sales & Service Associate provides frontline service and support for campus store operations, ensuring an efficient, customer-focused experience for students, faculty, and visitors. This role is responsible for point-of-sale transactions, inventory management, merchandising, and assisting with online and sponsored student orders. The Campus Store Sales & Service Associate also supports general office and clerical functions, maintains store organization and cleanliness, and contributes to the overall success of retail and café operations.
