What You’ll Be Doing: - Support daily plant operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production - Partner with plant leadership to execute operational plans and performance goals - Promote a strong safety culture through visible leadership and accountability - Coordinate maintenance, production, and quality activities to meet customer needs - Lead, coach, and develop team members to strengthen operational capability What Are We Looking For: - Demonstrated leadership experience in aggregate or mining operations, with the ability to mentor teams, drive accountability, and reinforce safe work behaviors in a high risk industrial environment. - Minimum of one year of mining or quarry experience, including exposure to material extraction, crushing, screening, and overall aggregate production processes. - Strong understanding of plant operations and equipment performance, including fixed and mobile equipment, material flow, production plan...
