Full-Time Sundays Required $16.00 - $20.28 PER HOUR: GENERAL PURPOSE: The purpose of this position is to provide high-quality, fresh, and safe food products by preparing ingredients for large-scale production. Ensuring that all prep tasks are completed with precision, consistency, and care, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of Harmons’ Central Production Facility operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Wash, peel, cut, and portion vegetables, meats, and other ingredients based on production needs - Accurately weigh and measure ingredients following Harmons’ recipes - Properly label and store prepped items to maintain freshness and prevent cross-contamination - Stage ingredients for cooks to ensure smooth production flow - Assist with basic cooking tasks such as blanching, assembling products, and basic cooking techniques - Follow Harmons’ Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and strict food handling protocols - Monitor storage temperatures and expiration dates to ensure food safety - Safely operate commercial food prep equipment including slicers, food processors, mixers, and scales - Promptly report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns - Complete co...
