The Marketing & Development Specialist works closely with the Outreach & Development Director to create and implement various marketing and fundraising strategies to expand donor/prospect and community outreach, solicitation, and cultivation. This includes nurturing relationships through targeting communications, personal outreach, networking and other events. This position oversees and creates marketing for outreach and fundraising purposes which may include advertising, creation of materials, video content, social media, e-newsletters, etc. In addition, the Marketing & Development Specialist will work with the Director to coordinate and implement 3-4 small board hosted events and possibly a large fundraising event annually. What we’re seeking in an ideal candidate: - Required: An Associate’s degree and three (3) years of experience in a related field, including at least one (1) year of marketing or development experience; or a combination of education and experience totaling five (5) years. - Preferred: A Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of marketing or development experience; or a combination of education and experience totaling nine (9) years...
