Junior Project Manager & BI Analyst

What you will do. A glimpse into your role: As a Project Manager & Business Analytics professional, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely implementation and successful delivery of assigned projects and business processes. You will analyse business cases, plan and coordinate project activities, collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, and support the smooth handover of initiatives to the business. You will also act as a strategic analytical partner for the Country organization, building strong internal relationships and providing valuable insights through effective reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence tools. Your responsibilities include: Ensure high‑quality execution of assigned projects, taking corrective actions when results deviate from expectations. Support the creation of financial business cases through data analysis, information gathering, and research. Set up project structures including governance models, reporting formats, and standardized templates.
