Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Director of Operations to lead and scale the operational success of Superior Fence & Rail’s corporate operations. The Sr Director of Operations oversees the day-to-day operations and long-term success of Superior Fence & Rail North Florida and Central Florida locations. The Director is responsible for managing the fabrication, production, and installation teams, and implementing strategic processes and systems that drive company growth across both the residential and commercial spaces. Qualifications: - Assist in strategic planning and vision to the organization, as well as align company objectives with Empower Brands’ overall strategic goals. - Help drive the growth of the businesses and ensure appropriate talent, metrics, and strategy are in place to support that growth. - Monitoring financial activities as well as ensuring EBITDA goals are met on a monthly and annual basis. - Partner closely with Brand President and Director of Franchise Operations to ensure alignment between corporate operations and franchise operations. - Support new franchisee training during franchisee visits. - Work closely with the Marketing depa...
