Job Description We are looking for an energetic professional to join our Enterprise Information Technology team as a Product Line Lead responsible for the development and execution of strategic initiatives and imperatives related to Social Impact and Sustainability .This role will be responsible for implementing digital vision, strategy, roadmaps and products for Social Impact and Sustainability. This role will utilize the Scrum/Agile framework to continue our transformation to adopt those principles. The Social Impact and Sustainability Product Line Lead is empowered and responsible for: o Shaping and owning the digital product roadmap and vision o Maintaining a customer-centric approach by understanding business processes, identifying pain points, gathering feedback, and incorporating user insights into product development o Owning the creation, definition, and prioritization of the digital product backlog for specific digital solutions o by balancing customer needs, opportunities, and technical debt of the squad o Building, managing, mentoring, and coaching a squad consisting of indirect reports and external partners o Engaging with enterprise stakeholders, securing their input,...
