PURPOSE: The Traveling Vibration Analyst/ Maintenance Technician role is responsible for completing Predictive Maintenance Services field projects and providing comprehensive reports of findings. This includes testing rotating equipment, laser alignment, dynamic balancing, vibration analysis, setting bearing clearances, general industrial mechanical repairs, and measuring the severity of equipment problems and reporting conditions to customers. The position calls for being on call, working overtime as needed, some weekends and holidays as required. The majority of work will be Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
