Job description

The Product Developer is accountable for the development, lifecycle management, and performance of complex and highly technical materials and parts with significant risk to business continuity. This role ensures the right products are available in the TVH catalogue at the right cost, quality, and risk level through effective supplier sourcing, evaluation, and performance management. As a recognized product expert, the Product Developer acts as a role model in technical knowledge, product development excellence, and TVH values, while actively mentoring colleagues and contributing to knowledge transfer across the organization. In your role you will be responsible for agricultural parts, specifically parts for combines, harvesting, balers and haymaking machinery.
