Order Manager/ Sales Support (m/f/d)

Job description

For our internal sales department in Zellik, Belgium we are looking for a detail‑oriented Order & Sales Support Specialist to manage the end‑to‑end order process and support our sales activities. In this role, you will handle incoming orders (EDI and manual), manage quotations in SAP and Salesforce, and act as a central point of contact for our customers regarding orders, deliveries, complaints and returns. You will work closely with Sales & HQ to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience. Your responsibilities: - processing and managing customer orders from receipt to delivery - creating and maintaining order confirmations and ensure all relevant documentation is accurate and complete - monitoring and follow up on orders in SAP, including delivery times, changes, and delays - creating quotations/offers in SAP and maintain related data - creating and manage Salesforce cases and opportunities to support the Sales team - assisting with marketing related to customer and order handling, where applicable Your profile and personal qualities: - completed commercial education (e.g., industrial clerk, office management, business administration) or equivalent experience - professi...
