Overview To develop, implement, improve, and manage assigned programs. In addition to the Program Manager II duties, the Senior Program Manager is a leadership role, has a higher level of education/experience, more autonomy, exercises independent judgment, and provides coaching and guidance to less experienced program managers. Responsibilities: - Oversees the tracking of tasks, timelines, and resources necessary to meet department objectives. - Reviews program data accuracy, completeness, and required submissions. - Manages and provides supervisory support for programs involving departmental and external stakeholders. - Manages program budget(s). - Monitors system level reports developed for programs. Summarizes observations and conclusions to make recommendations to leadership. - Provides day-to-day management of reporting including research, business and financial analysis, problem solving, issue tracking, and resolution. - Attends program meetings and ensures follows-up with stakeholders on outstanding deliverables and action items is complete. - Oversees the planning, coordination and facilitation of events, conferences and webinars. - Develops and publishes agendas, meeting m...
