Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) Instructor . This position will develop, implement, validate, and maintain training and course material at the 319th Combat Training Squadron (CTS), Peterson SFB CO for the Spacepower Discipline 2 (SPD2) – MW/MD course and other courses, as assigned. What you will be doing: - Design and develop courseware consistent with Instructional System Development (ISD) to satisfy government training requirements - Provide in-residence classroom instruction on-site at the 319 CTS, Peterson Space Force Base - Develop schedules and oversee execution of MW/MD courses - Conduct, manage, and qualify for courses based on 319 CTS instructions and other guidance as identified in lesson plans - Coordinate instructional activities with peer instructors and government training personnel - Interface with internal and external agencies as required to maintain up to date training - Work on-site at Peterson Space Force Base – minimal telework - Additional duties as assigned What you will need: - Current Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility - Expert knowledge in space battle management and/or missile warning - Expert knowledge...
