Description Our dedicated Building surveying Team at RLB proactively manage and undertake surveys, formulate designs and specifications, administrate projects and programmes plus various other bespoke services to ensure our clients estate remains well maintained and achieves its full potential. We additionally provide extensive commercial services which include dilapidations, lease advice and pre-acquisition surveys. We pride ourselves on the quality of our service to our clients and enjoy long term working relationships. Within our Building Surveying team, we have a sub-team of people experienced in the delivery of fire safety services. This team provides support to the wider business both regionally and nationally on all things fire safety, but also delivers a range of services directly to clients. Due to a prolonged period of increased demand we have upskilled our internal team to support this service, but we are now at the stage where we need to recruit an additional fulltime resource to support this service.
