This role is about owning the customer journey, backing your team, and making sure every customer leaves feeling supported, heard, and ready for their next adventure. What you’ll be doing: As the Customer Experience Manager, you’ll take ownership of all things after sales, including warranties, returns, enquiries and customer follow-up. You’ll work closely with the Retail Business Manager to lift standards, smooth processes and protect the customer experience without losing commercial common sense.
