Eliva® was introduced in 2025 with the launch of its signature spa at the InterContinental Sydney Coogee Beach. Featuring five luxurious treatment rooms and world-class amenities, the spa offers state-of-the-art therapeutic rituals that set a new benchmark for luxury wellness in Australia. Eliva Spa Coogee is opening in late April 2026 and we are looking for interested candidates to join our world class team. As Assistant Spa Manager , you will be an integral member of the Eliva Spa Coogee opening team and assist to deliver the daily spa operation and ensure guests have a luxury experience. You will work closely with the Director of Spa & Wellness in establishing and maintaining operating criteria, adherence to protocols and standards, handle VIP guests, colleague engagement and deliver ongoing training of the team. This is a hands-on role , so you must have a genuine passion for maintaining your connection to delivering luxurious massages and therapies according to brand standards and protocols some of the time.
