Description We are seeking Dishwasher applicants for our family-owned seafood restaurant group based in San Luis Obispo, CA. Lure Fish House is a family-owned restaurant featuring fresh and sustainable seafood from trusted sources. Local and organic ingredients are used whenever possible. Join our Team Today!: Responsibilities: Receive inventory Organize and clean kitchen: Wash, prepare, and cut fresh produce Execute recipes using various machines and utensils from mixers to choppers and food processors to knives, spatulas and whisks Maintain work area in clean and safe way Qualifications: Able to speak primary language of the kitchen Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds Must work with sense of urgency Must have a positive attitude: Able to effectively problem solve: Able to meet deadline: Able to analyze information: $16 base rate plus tips All Lure Fish House employees will need the following certificates: Food Handlers Harassment Class Certificate
