About the Role: Michael Bonsby HVAC, Plumbing and Electric is looking for a HVAC Helper to assist the Lead Installer complete installations efficiently and accurately. This is a full-time role that will report into the Install Manager and be based out of our growing Gaithersburg, MD office. What You’ll Do: We’d Love To Hear From You If You Have - Assist Lead Installer with all installations, while being efficient and accurate - Help with properly staging jobs by ensuring everything is present and adhering to quality standards - Support maintaining a clean and organized job site and company vehicle - Participate in trainings and meetings to develop professionally - Complete ultimately and accurate paperwork - Have or be willing to get any proper certifications as needed - Experience in the HVAC industry a plus - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Valid driver’s license Working Conditions/...
