SUMMARY: The Sales Center Admin provides administrative support to sales center, including filing, data entry, and routine reports to identify open orders for expediting. JOB DUTIES: - Provides administrative support to sales center, including filing, data entry, and routine reports to identify open orders for expediting. - Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: - Typically requires a high school diploma or GED - Three (3) to five (5) years of experience or an equivalent combination. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES: - Reliability, organization, and attention to detail required. - Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize competing demands to meet deadlines. - Strong ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Strong communication skills including written, verbal, and listening. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS: - None required.
