- Apply your advanced Excel expertise to drive outcomes - Enjoy flexibility while working independently across varied projects - 6-month contract for a highly capable professional ready to make an immediate impact About the role: In this exciting opportunity, you will be a key part of a small team to deliver the suite of performance and reward activities across People First Bank. As a critical thinker who thrives on collaborating with others, you will deliver remuneration and performance programs to support the achievement of strategic objectives whilst responding to our workforce plan. Your key areas of impact will be: Remuneration & Performance: Complete accurate job evaluations, maintain position grading tools and provide guidance and coaching to internal stakeholders. Complete bi-annual and annual market position matching and survey submissions and regularly maintain position matching systems. Manage core reward framework components to ensure currency of the framework and competitiveness in market.
