As a critical thinker who thrives on collaborating with others, you will deliver remuneration and performance programs to support the achievement of strategic objectives whilst responding to our workforce plan. Your key areas of impact will be: Remuneration & Performance: Complete accurate job evaluations, maintain position grading tools and provide guidance and coaching to internal stakeholders. Complete bi-annual and annual market position matching and survey submissions and regularly maintain position matching systems. Manage core reward framework components to ensure currency of the framework and competitiveness in market.
