The Opportunity: We’re looking for a technically minded professional to join our Sydney based team in our customer service team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will: - Prepare accurate quotations and process customer orders involving technical components (valves, fittings, regulators, etc.) - Provide first-line technical support and product selection guidance to customers - Record detailed communication notes using SAP and Zendesk - Manage enquiries and resolve first level technical customer issues with a focus on problem-solving - Develop strong technical relationships with customers across Australia and New Zealand - Collaborate with our Sales.
