Position: Marina Manager Department: Property: Position Reports to: General Manager: OTO Development is pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Marina Manager. What will you be doing most days? Marina Operations: - Manage daily marina operations, including slip assignments, dock management, and facility upkeep - Coordinate arrivals and departures of transient and annual tenants - Ensure marina safety, cleanliness, and overall operational readiness - Maintain compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including City ordinances, environmental requirements, and agency guidelines (e.g., DEP, FWC) - Conduct routine inspections of docks, equipment, and marina facilities to ensure safe conditions - Provide general navigation guidance and respond to boating-related inquiries Tenant & Guest Relations: - Build and maintain strong relationships with annual and transient marina tenants - Collect and track lease payments, ensuring timely billing and follow-up - Serve as the primary point of contact for marina-related questions and concerns - Greet and welcome guests, delivering a high level of hospitality consistent with hotel standards Retail & Sales Manage...
