Job Description Summary Help prospective students begin their journey into health care careers. The Inbound Recruitment Coordinator supports enrollment goals at the MUSC College of Health Professions (CHP) by engaging prospective clinicians and health care professionals, providing program information, and encouraging qualified candidates to complete the application process. As part of the CHP Marketing and Student Recruitment team, this role manages assigned prospective student pipelines, responds to inquiries, and provides personalized support to help students explore programs, assess goals and program fit, and complete their applications. Working within MUSC’s CRM system, the coordinator proactively manages recruitment funnel performance by tracking prospect engagement, maintaining accurate records of outreach and interactions, ensuring data integrity, and monitoring application progress through submission. The position collaborates with marketing, recruitment, and academic program partners to ensure prospective students receive timely information and a positive recruitment experience.
