The Role: The Technical Solution Manager (TSM) is responsible for the development and sales of Kyndryl capabilities and solutions from deal qualification to closure. They lead multi-discipline teams of Practice dedicated GTM roles in order to develop complex cross Practice solutions and associated cost cases for deals. They typically support large and complex multi-Practice deals. This is a client facing Job Role. Technical Solution Managers are expected to spend 40-70% of their time in face-to-face discussions with Kyndryl clients.
