Salary/Position Classification: - $45,200-$47,000+ dependent upon experience annual, Exempt - 40 hours per week - This position will work onsite the Grand Forks, ND campus. Purpose of Position: - Foster a welcoming, student-centered environment throughout Chester Fritz Library and library branches during all hours, particularly evening and weekend hours. - Provide walk-in public services during evening and weekend hours in collaboration with library colleagues - Perform opening and closing procedures for evening and weekend hours. - Build a strong service team with full-time colleagues and student employees. - Mentor student employees. - Support outreach events during weekends and evenings in collaboration with CFL colleagues. - Assist patrons with technology needs, including computer access, printing, scanning, and equipment troubleshooting. - Handle facility-related issues and coordinate with appropriate departments as needed.
