Job Description Medical Registration Clerk: Location: Naval Health Clinic Hawaii – Makalapa Salary: $48,000–$50,000 (Depending on experience) Employment Type: Full-Time Eligibility: U.S. Citizenship Required Position Summary: The Medical Registration Clerk supports daily clinic operations by managing medical records, assisting with patient check‑in, and performing essential administrative tasks. This role requires accuracy, professionalism, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced medical environment. Key Responsibilities: Review, extract, and manage medical record information. Prepare documents, reports, and data using word processing and spreadsheet software. Enter and retrieve information from electronic medical record systems, including: Composite Health Care System Healthcare Artifact and Image Management Solution Military Health System Genesis: Input Future Enrollment Report data three times per week. Check in approximately 25 patients per day and respond to about 25 phone inquiries. Provide routine information and direct visitors or callers to appropriate staff.
