Requisition No: 874319 Agency: Department of Health: Working Title: OPS RECORDS TECHNICIAN - 64853249 Pay Plan: Temp: Position Number: 64853249: Salary: $16.71 hourly: Posting Closing Date: 04/24/2026: Total Compensation Estimator Tool: Your Specific Responsibilities: This position acts as Front Desk Clerk and is responsible, under the direct supervision of the General Services Manager - SES, for the maintenance and updating of all Escambia County Health Department (Escambia CHD) clinic appointments and handling client registration using the Health Management System (HMS). This position must be knowledgeable of all services offered by the Escambia CHD, clinic procedures, as well as departmental procedures and State laws and regulations, to maximize the collection of fees and ensure guidelines and processes are consistently and completely applied. This position will answer telephones in a timely and courteous manner. Must have a clear understanding of the client eligibility process and the fee schedule.
