Job Description Summary GE Aerospace supports regional customers by delivering high-quality aftermarket repair and overhaul services for both commercial and military DOWTY Propeller products. This position oversees the successful operation of the Propeller repair and overhaul workshop located in Brisbane, Queensland, ensuring customer satisfaction through the highest standards of avionics repairs, customer service, communication, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Reporting to the Operations Director and collaborating with peers and key stakeholders, the DOWTY Operations Manager will deliver industry-leading component maintenance services while ensuring planned operational output for the business. This role includes hands-on repair activities, product release, and quality assurance checks to maintain aviation standards.
