ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Efficiently processes all incoming telephone calls, reservations, credit card charges, and related questions regarding Bally’s and the surrounding area. - Performs all data entry and administrative functions to ensure that reservations, changes, wakeup calls, and cancellations are handled correctly and timely. - Maintains a professional attitude following the Thoughtful Service model and uses proper terminology when handling calls as outlined by departmental procedures. - Performs telemarketing and/or up selling/cross selling duties as required in order to maximize room, show, and restaurant utilization. Follows prescribed sales techniques in order to maximize hotel and other revenue. - Maintains awareness of all marketing promotions, special events, general facility information and hotel rates. - Uses paging system and operates TDD as required. - Meets quantity standards for call volume. - Regular attendance required. - Other assigned duties.
