This role is vital in maintaining inventory integrity, supporting logistics processes, and ensuring accurate communication and documentation across departments. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Load Verification: Confirm that trucks are loaded correctly according to the “blues” (load sheets). Verify materials and quantities, ensuring documentation is properly completed. Sign off in the inventory check section to confirm outbound accuracy. Inventory Checks (By Request): Perform physical checks of inventory on the shop floor upon request. Respond promptly with accurate material availability information. Receiving – Outside Carriers and Morgan Trucking: Obtain Bill of Lading (BOL) paperwork from inbound drivers.
