Job Description: Shift pattern: Working Saturday to Wednesday from 06:00 - 14:00 40 hours per week Bicester, Oxfordshire If you are as ambitious as we are and you’re looking to progress a career in warehouse operations, join us on the day shift as a Warehouse Team Manager at our Bicester Fresh Direct Depot in Oxfordshire. You’ll be responsible for ensuring your team of warehouse operatives are working safely and efficiently, and that key targets are being achieved. You will lead by example and drive high performance through great communication, teamwork and building strong working relationships. You will work closely with the shift manager to plan workload and resource effectively, as well as developing the skills of your team members to support their career aspirations and increase shift capability. There’s paperwork and administration to complete as part of this role, so you’ll need an eye for detail and have the ability to work accurately and in a timely manner.
