The Production Operator I - Soldering is an entry-level role responsible for performing basic soldering tasks on SMT and through-hole assemblies. This role also supports AOI operations under close supervision and follows detailed work instructions to ensure compliance with workmanship standards. What a Day Looks Like: - Perform hand soldering of basic SMT and through-hole components under supervision. - Support operation of Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment for SMT and through-hole boards. - Inspect own work for visible defects and escalate issues as needed. - Follow detailed work instructions and maintain compliance with ESD and safety protocols. - Maintain a clean and organized soldering workstation. - Perform other duties or support other areas as needed based on business requirements or production flow.
