Printfresh is looking for a sharp, versatile Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in doing great work across email, web, social, print, and beyond — working closely with our Director of Creative & Content Production and our talented graphic design team. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and genuinely excited about the craft — someone who can move fast, maintain quality, and thrive in a collaborative environment. This role is hybrid, with Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in our Philadelphia office, remote on Mondays and Fridays, and occasional additional in-office days as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Design Execution - Support the creation of marketing collateral across digital and print formats, including email graphics, paid ads, social media assets, website graphics, catalogs, postcards, packaging, and more. - Execute website graphic and page updates, translating design challenges into intuitive, on-brand creative by applying UI/UX principles to create clear, customer-friendly experiences that support conversion goals. - Ensure that all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and seaso...
