Job Description: This role supports the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) homebuilder finance business, with a focus on underwriting and managing credit exposure for privately held homebuilders and housing capital sponsors. The position partners closely with origination and portfolio management teams, supporting transactions from initial deal evaluation through ongoing portfolio monitoring to ensure sound credit risk management across the portfolio.
