Responsibilities: · Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. · Designing and implementing an Area Tender plan. · Designing and implementing an Area sales/commercial plan aligned with the National, EMEA and Corporate strategy · Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives. · Designing and implementing a specific Team development plan. · Job brief: We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to organize and oversee the operations of a number of Product Specialists in the reference Area. You will assume responsibility for the overall success of the Area by supporting the strategy execution, targets setting, supervising PS, developing the Team and ensuring they are performing aligned or above expectations. Effective area managers are skilled in managing diverse operations from a distance. They have a strategic mindset and are excellent leaders. Excellent abilities in Tender preparation, stakeholder influence and financial analysis and operations planning are also essential for the role.
