What you would do as our Finance Manager As our Finance Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the financial and administrative organisation. You ensure accurate, timely, and reliable financial information, strengthen internal controls, and guide your team toward operational excellence. You would also: Analyse internal and external developments and translate them into improvements for the administrative organisation and internal control. Design, optimise, and monitor financial processes, procedures, and reporting structures. Structure and develop the Finance department, including defining responsibilities and areas of focus. Translate the annual departmental plan into concrete activities, prioritise work, and monitor progress against budget and planning.
