Assists team members with technical issues or advanced problems with given assignments. Inspects work performed by team members. Tracks and logs workers time, materials, and other resources used for inventory purposes. This employee will mentor and develop the maintenance capability of teams by serving as a technical coach and resource, spends time on the floor capturing information on breakdowns, defects, and work order completion over the past 24 hours.
