Why Beacon: Position Summary The Assistant Director of Clinical Services provides leadership and oversight of clinical programs across Pennsylvania. This role partners with the Director of Clinical Services to ensure high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health services, regulatory compliance, crisis intervention support, staff supervision, and consistent clinical practices across residential programs. This position requires regular travel (30-60%) throughout Pennsylvania to support programs, staff, and operational needs.
