Job Description: Director Analytics, Financial Services At Merkle, we drive business growth through data, analytics, and customer insight. We are see k ing a Director of Analytics to lead the customer analytics workstream for a key financial services client. The role focuses on leveraging call center , customer interaction , and data sources 2.0 data to generate insights, create customer segmentation, build predictive models, improve performance, and support business decisioning . The Director will translate analytics into clear, actionable recommendations that drive customer engagement and marketing effectiveness.
