We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Lead Teacher to join our Summer Program at the Royal Oak Campus. The Lead Teacher is a seasonal, part-time instructional role within the Baker College Royal Oak Summer Camp Program, designed for an educator who thrives in a dynamic, high-energy environment and is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences for middle school students. As the classroom’s instructional leader, the Lead Teacher delivers engaging, standards-aligned curriculum in Math, English/Reading, and STEM, effectively implementing provided Lavina Rise lesson plans while adapting instruction to meet diverse learning needs and bridge the gap between the traditional school year and summer learning.
