Job description

The Coach Supervisor is an integral member of the Evernorth Workplace Care management team. Supervisor will be involved in the hiring, evaluation, and management of onsite coach team members. They will report directly to the Coach Manager. The individual must have the ability to function in an autonomous manner, but also collaborate with team and Manager to ensure optimal coaching services in responsible manner. Qualifications: This position is onsite full-time in the Greater Phoenix area. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. - Operations: Responsibilities include working with, communicating, directing, planning, organizing, financial/operational monitoring, and integrating operations in order to facilitate the delivery of cost effective, high quality coaching services in an ever-changing environment.
