Human Resources Project Management Co-op Fall 2026 260003IL Description Position Summary: MassDOT is seeking a highly organized and motivated Human Resources Project Management Co-Op to support key HR initiatives. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in public sector human resources, with a focus on project coordination, process improvement, and workforce development. The Co-Op will work under the guidance of the HR Program Director and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects that enhance the employee experience, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
