Job Description The Senior Staff Test Engineering will be responsible for the entire test strategy and execution for a portfolio of Battery Management System (BMS) products. Oversee the development of test programs and automated test equipment (ATE) for characterization, qualification, and high-volume production of integrated circuits (ICs) used in lithium-ion battery packs. This role requires technical depth in mixed-signal and SOC IC testing and strong leadership to drive design for test, continuous improvement, product quality, and time-to-market. Key responsibilities: - Work in a team of test engineers fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and technical excellence. - Work with Design team in defining DFT (Design for Test). - Review and define manufacturability flow and achieve best in class cost. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers, ensuring skill development and adherence to best practices.
