THE ROLE: We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing and assisting where necessary all aspects of the payroll function and processes, managing and mentoring the payroll team ensuring compliance across the department. We currently run a complex weekly payroll for 13 companies, paying over 500 people using 10 industrial instruments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and knowledge of managing a payroll team, thorough understanding of related legislation and regulations, excellent attention to detail, and strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
