Overview HealthPro Heritage has a Director of Rehab/Occupational Therapist (OT), Physical Therapist (PT), and Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) opportunity. Need: Part-time Therapy Program Manager - potential to grow into full-time; however, we need a strong Director of Rehab. Locations: Polaris, OH – Manager at Polaris and also treats in Dublin, OH.
