Job description

The Slots Performance and SDS Manager is responsible in leading the performance team to achieve the department’s goals and objectives in a timely and efficient manner including focus on guest relations and maximization of revenue opportunities. Coordinates the implementation of all SDS development efforts. Responsible for supervising and managing staff in the Slots department. Develops, implements and manages operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives. · Create effective and efficient schedules, while maintaining labor costs, meeting staffing objectives and achieving guest satisfaction. · Shares responsibility for layouts to installations of slot machines.. · Maintains files of all slot machines within SDS.
