About the Role: You’ll be at the heart of farm operations – caring for birds, maintaining shed routines, supporting your team, and ensuring everything runs smoothly day-to-day. From rearing chicks to managing manure systems and supporting packing processes, this is a boots-on, sleeves-up kind of job with real impact.
